The thing that I immediately like about it is it feels faster. Loading times and location resolution seem to happen much faster than the weather channel application. I tried bot Accuweather and Weather Channel's over a few weeks and decided to go with Accuweather - thought the radar works better. The UI is better. Try it out. I agree with you about Apple’s.
